You must not use the services for unlawful purposes or circumvent regulatory requirements, platform rules, or technical restrictions.
After registration, you may obtain an account to use the services. Your account may not be transferred, leased, lent, or sold without written consent.
You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account. If you detect unauthorized access or risk, change your password and contact us promptly.
You must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and valid information and keep it updated when changes occur.
If your information is inaccurate, invalid, or cannot be verified, we may require correction, restrict features, or suspend services.
We provide services including resume editing, templates, AI generation and optimization, export, sharing, software authorization, and related technical support.
We may add, modify, upgrade, or discontinue services based on business and compliance needs, with notice where reasonably practicable.
You are responsible for content you upload, input, publish, or generate, and you must ensure you have lawful rights to such content.
To provide services, you authorize us to store, process, transmit, display, and technically optimize relevant content as necessary.
AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. They are for reference only.
You should independently review AI outputs before use and bear the consequences of use. Third-party AI integrations are also subject to their own terms.
You must not publish unlawful or infringing content, harass others, commit fraud, scrape data, attack systems, or otherwise disrupt platform operations.
If you violate these Terms or platform rules, we may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate services.
We value personal information protection and handle your data according to the YouShu Resume Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and has the same legal effect.
Intellectual property rights in the product, technology, software, interface design, trademarks, and documentation belong to us or rights holders.
Without written permission, no party may copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise unlawfully use such content.
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an as-is basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully personalized service.
For losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party outages, attacks, or your own actions, liability is limited to the scope required by law.
We may change, suspend, or terminate services due to maintenance, business adjustments, or compliance requirements.
If you violate applicable rules, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your service access and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
