This page explains the after-sales and refund rules for software authorization, AI tool unlocks, and related technical services provided by YouShu Resume.

1. Nature of Service

The platform provides software authorization, account activation, AI feature access, online editing, export/download, and related technical support. It is not an information-browsing or membership-status service.

2. Purchase Method

All plans are sold as one-time purchases with manual renewal only. No auto-renewal, recurring deduction, or subscription billing is enabled.

3. Refund Policy

If users cannot access the purchased authorization due to platform faults such as system errors, duplicate charges, or failed activation, customer support may arrange a refund or reactivation after verification. Except where required by law, software authorization and technical services that have been properly activated and actually used are generally not eligible for no-reason refunds.

4. After-Sales Support

If you encounter issues while using AI generation, online editing, export/download, or document output assistance, you may submit an after-sales request through our published contact channel, and we will handle it within a reasonable period.
