To provide resume editing, AI generation, export and sharing, software authorization activation, and technical services, we collect and use personal information on a lawful, proper, and necessary basis.

If you refuse to provide information required for core features, some services may be unavailable. Refusing optional information will not affect core features.

(1) Information Required for Core Features

• Account information: phone number, email, username, password (encrypted), and third-party login identifiers, used for registration, sign-in, and verification.
• Resume information: profile data and resume content you provide or upload, used for editing, saving, previewing, and exporting resumes.

(2) Information Used for Additional Features

• AI feature data: text submitted for resume generation, polishing, grammar checks, translation, JD matching, and cover letter generation.
• Payment and order data: order ID, amount, payment status, and transaction time needed for software authorization purchases, technical service activation, and order processing.

(3) Types of Information We May Process

1. Account and identity information (credentials and account identifiers)

1. Personal information collected and generated in mainland China is generally stored within mainland China.
2. We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary to fulfill policy purposes, unless longer retention is required by law.
